Bereshith

In the beginning Elohiym created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of Elohiym moved upon the face of the waters. And Elohiym said, Let there be light: and there was light. And Elohiym saw the light, that it was good: and Elohiym divided the light from the darkness. And Elohiym called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my LAWS.

And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, Yahuah appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am El Shaddai; walk before me, and be perfect. And I will make my covenant between me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly. And Abram fell on his face: and Elohiym talked with him, saying, As for me, behold, my covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of many nations.

And he [Ya’aqob] dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the messengers of Elohiym ascending and descending on it. And, behold, Yahuah stood above it, and said, I am Yahuah Eohiym of Abraham your father, and the Elohiym of Yitzak: the land whereon thou lies, to you will I give it, and to your seed.

And your seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and you shall spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in you and in your seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed. And, behold, I am with you, and will guard you in all places where you goest, and will bring you again into this land; for I will not leave you, until I have done that which I have spoken to you.
