Get up into the top of Pisgah, and lift up your eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and behold the land with your eyes: for you shall not go over this Yarden.

Debarim (Deuteronomy) provides an overview of the Covenant given at Mount Sinai and leads the House of Yashar’El to the edge of the Promised Land which is their inheritance if they abide by the conditions of the Covenant. Yahusha, Son of Nun, was appointed to lead the House of Yashar’El into the land of promise. Likewise, Yahusha Ben David will lead us to our final destination in the Presence of Yahuah Elohiym. He is our Inheritance.
This commandment is primarily found in Debarim 11 times and is always associated with obedience to His Laws. He is our Father and we show Him the utmost respect when we obey His House rules.
This is the first and greatest commandment according to our Messiah:
And Yahusha answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Yashar’El ; Yahuah our Elohiym is one Yahuah: (Mark 12:29)
If we are in alignment with this Law, we will pay attention to the Words of our Father and do what He says. If we believe in Him, we will believe what He says and will obey Him. Our obedience is the evidence of our Faith and reveals the contents of our hearts. This study explores this commandment in great detail from a Hebraic perspective. It provides insights on how to apply this Law to our lives.
