Message of Salvation

231-1 The Message of Death

As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preaches any other Message unto you than that you have received, let him be accursed.

Galatians 1:9

The Greek writings that form the “New Testament” were not available to our Messiah, his disciples or Shaul of Tarsus (Paul) in their day. These writings were written many years after the resurrection and ascension of our Messiah and were not labeled as the “Word of Yahuah” by Christianity until 367 CE by Athanasius of Alexandria.  The writings that our Messiah and his disciples relied upon were the Law, the Prophets and the Tehillim (Psalms) in the Hebrew writings. This is confirmed by the following testimony.

And he [Yahusha] said unto them, These are the words which I spoke to you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the Law of Moshe, and in the Prophets, and in the Tehillim, concerning me. Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,

Luke 24:44-45

Based on this evidence, our Messiah’s definition and perspective of “Scripture” included:

  1. The Law of Moshe (Moses) which includes the first five books of Bibles and Tanakhs.
  2. The Prophets in the Hebrew writings.
  3. The Tehillim (Psalms) collected by King David.

Yahusha and his disciples read and studied these writings their entire lives. ALL of Yahusha’s teachings were based on these writings. Yahusha did not use the Greek writings in the “New Testament”. Yahusha viewed the Law, Prophets and the Tehillim as actual Words spoken by his Father. In the following testimony, Yahusha is saying that if people do not believe the Prophet Moshe’s writings, then they do not believe his words.

For had you believed Moshe, you would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if you believe not his writings, how shall you believe my words?

Yochanan/John 5:46-47

Yahusha is saying that believing the Words written by the Prophet Moshe is necessary in order to believe his words. He is saying that his words and the words of Moshe are in complete agreement with one another. Based on this evidence, it is necessary to have a good understanding of the Law and Prophets before one can properly understand the messages conveyed in the Greek writings also known as the New Testament. Interpretation of the Greek writings without a good understanding of the Law and the Prophets leads to distortions in the original intended messages.

Testimony in Luke 24:44-45 says that our Messiah opened the eyes and ears of his disciples so they could see how he fulfilled the Law of Moshe, the Prophets and the Tehillim. Our Messiah did the same thing for Shaul of Tarsus (Paul) after he had ascended into heaven. The following testimony confirms this.

But I certify you, brethren, that the Message which was preached of me did not come from man. For I did not receive it from man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Messiah Yahusha.

Messiah Yahusha opened Shaul’s spiritual eyes and ears so that he could see how Yahusha fulfilled the Law, the Prophets and the Tehillim as well. Yahusha did it for his disciples after the resurrection and he did it for Shaul after his ascension while being in the Presence of his Father. Yahusha has done the same exact thing for us. Yahusha follows patterns of behavior just like his Father.

  • Yahusha opened the spiritual eyes and ears of his disciples so they could see how he fulfilled Words spoken and subsequently written in the Law, Prophets and Tehillim. (Luke 24:44-45)
  • Yahusha opened the spiritual eyes and ears of Shaul of Tarsus (Paul) so he could see how Yahusha fulfilled Words spoken and subsequently written in the Law, Prophets and Tehillim. (Galatians 1:11-12)
  • Yahusha opened our spiritual eyes and ears so we could see how he fulfilled Words spoken and subsequently written in the Law, Prophets and Tehillim. (my personal testimony)

We have experienced the same thing as Yahusha’s disciples and Shaul of Tarsus (Paul). Our personal experience confirms that these two testimonies are true in Luke 24:44-45 and Galatians 1:11-12. When people read our studies, they can see this truth for themselves if our Messiah has chosen to open their spiritual eyes and ears as well. This is evidence that Messiah Yahusha is still alive and revealing truth to his followers.

We also did not receive this information from any man or woman just like Shaul of Tarsus (Paul). No one taught these things to us. ALL studies on this website document the revelations we have received directly from Messiah Yahusha, exactly like he did for Shaul of Tarsus. Yahusha will do the same for anyone willing to listen. But it does require us to spend time reading and studying the Law, Prophets and Tehillim (Psalms).

Testimony also tells us that Shaul of Tarsus (Paul) used the Law and Prophets his entire life to share the Message of Salvation. He did not use the New Testament because it did not exist. This is confirmed in the following testimony.

And when they had appointed him [Shaul of Tarsus] a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the Kingdom of Elohiym [Yahuah], persuading them concerning Yahusha, both out of the Law of Moshe, and out of the Prophets, from morning till evening.

Acts 28:23

In context, Shaul of Tarsus had been arrested and was confined by the Romans. This was documented in the Book of Acts near the end of his life. This testimony says that Shaul used the Law of Moshe and the Prophets to explain the Message of Salvation as it relates to our Messiah. He did this from morning until evening every day. Shaul did not use the letters to the Romans, Galatians or Corinthians in his ministry.

Shaul of Tarsus used the Law and the Prophets in the Hebrew writings.

The Message of Salvation as revealed by our Messiah to these men is different than the Message of Salvation taught by mainstream Christianity. They are two different Messages because Christianity has interpreted the Greek writings without a good understanding of the Law and the Prophets. Mainstream Christianity teaches people to believe in Jesus and do not emphasize the need to repent from sin. In fact, most do not even know the definition of sin. The Message of Salvation in the Hebrew writings teaches people to repent from sin. If people fail to repent, they will perish forever. This is the same message taught by our Messiah. Here are two witnesses confirming these conclusions.

From that time Yahusha began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Mattithyahu/Matthew 4:17

I tell you, Nay: but, except you repent, you shall all likewise perish.

Luke 13:3

“Repentance” means people STOP violating the Laws of Yahuah written by the Prophet Moshe. This means that “repentance” is obedience to ALL of the Laws of our Father in the Hebrew writings. If people are NOT obeying ALL of the Laws of Yahuah written by the Prophet Moshe, they are committing sins. This is the Truth.

Repentance from Sin = Obedience to ALL of our Father’s Laws

In Luke 13:3, Messiah Yahusha is saying that people will perish if they do NOT obey ALL of our Father’s Laws. However, Mainstream Christianity teaches people that we are no longer obligated to obey the Laws of Yahuah written in the Hebrew writings. This teaching in Christianity stands in direct opposition to the words of our Messiah as well as the Hebrew writings. Messiah Yahusha is saying the following in Luke 13:3.

Failure to obey ALL of our Father’s Laws = Death

The doctrine that teaches people that it is impossible to obey ALL of the Laws of Yahuah is a lie. The doctrine that says His Laws are a burden and are too hard is also a lie. Hearing this truth spoken by our Messiah may seem hopeless and overwhelming to those who believe these lies. However, our Father’s Laws are good, right and eternal. They are Laws that will create a society full of true peace and shalom. This is the Truth.

Essentially, the “salvation” message is “not dying” or “not perishing”. Yahusha says that people must repent from their sins. Christianity says that people need to believe in Jesus. The Message of Salvation taught by our Messiah and the Hebrew writings is different than the Message of Salvation taught by Mainstream Christianity. Which one leads to eternal life? Since Messiah Yahusha has attained eternal life in the Garden of Eden in the Presence of our Father, it is a certainty that his Message of Salvation is the one that leads to life.

The Message of Salvation in Mainstream Christianity according to our Messiah’s words is actually a Message of Death because they do not teach people to hear and obey the Laws of our Father. People have been taught the Laws of our Father are burdensome and too hard. But this is not the case. Shaul of Tarsus (Paul) said it well.

But the Fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, humility, self-control: against such there is no Law. And they that are Messiah’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Galatians 5:22-25

People who live with these character attributes automatically follow the Laws of our Father because the Laws of our Father teach us how to be good towards each other. They teach us to be kind to one another and to respect one another. His Laws ARE hard for those who are self-serving and do not restrain the primitive impulses of their flesh. His Laws ARE hard for those with poor character. People with these character attributes would disrupt peace and shalom which is why they will not be allowed entry into the Garden of Eden. Our behavior matters significantly.

Testimony in Acts 28:23 says, that Shaul (Paul) used the Law and Prophets to deliver the Message of Salvation to his followers. If this is the case, then which Message of Salvation was he using? The Christian Message of Salvation or the Message of Salvation taught by Messiah Yahusha? Testimony tells us that he was teaching people to repent.

Whereupon, O King Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision: But showed first unto them of Damascus, and at Yerushalayim, and throughout all the coasts of Judea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to Elohiym, and do works meet for repentance.

Acts 26:19-20)

This testimony confirms to us that the Message of Salvation taught by Shaul of Tarsus (Paul) was the Message of Salvation conveyed in the Law and the Prophets exclusively. The Greek writings were not available in his day which means they had not been written or labelled the “Word of Yahuah” at that point in time.

Testimony says that he used the Law and the Prophets his entire life to share the good news with others. These facts have restored “context” to Shaul’s perspective at that time.

Can we properly interpret any of Shaul’s writings without understanding the true Message of Salvation in the Law and the Prophets?

Shaul (Paul) gives his audience in Galatia the following warning for those who teach a different message.

I marvel that you are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Messiah unto another Message: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the Message of Messiah. But though we, or a messenger from heaven, preach any other Message unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other Message unto you than that you have received, let him be accursed.

Galatians 1:6-9

Shaul of Tarsus (Paul) is cursing anyone who preaches a different Message than what he was preaching. If he was preaching the Message of Salvation from the Law and the Prophets which includes repentance from sin then the Message of Salvation taught by Mainstream Christianity is a different Message. Shaul is essentially pronouncing a curse upon the Christian religion and those who promote this different Message.

Yochanan (John) was one of Yahusha’s disciples. The Book of Revelation is attributed to him. He provides the following testimony which agrees with Messiah Yahusha, Shaul of Tarsus as well as the Law and the Prophets.

Blessed are they that Do His Commandments, that they may have Right to the Tree of Life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For outside are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loves and makes a lie.

Revelation 22:14-15

People who DO our Father’s Laws will enter the Gates to our Father’s House. They will have access to the Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden. They will be in the Presence of our Father just like Messiah Yahusha. They will live forever because they have access to the Tree of Life.

People on the outside are those who failed to repent from their sins. They include people who act like dogs operating according to their primitive impulses. They include sorcerers, whoremongers, murderers, idolators and liars. These are people who do not have the character attributes of our Father. If they do not have access to the Tree of Life, they cannot live forever. They will perish in the second death.

People who DO the Commandments of our Father, enter through the Gates of the City to the Garden of Eden and have access to the Tree of Life and will live forever.

Here is an illustration of Revelation 22:14-15 using our roadmap:

Map Key for Revelation 22:14-15

Location 1 on our map represents people who obey our Father’s Laws after the resurrection. These are people who had repented from their all their sins. Our bodies are corrupted right now. They need to be renewed before we can enter the Garden.

Location 2 on our map represents people who obey our Father’s Laws before the resurrection. Once they reach the Gates to the city, they must wait patiently for the restoration of all things.

Location 3 on our map represents people who do not obey our Father’s Laws before and after the resurrection. They do not have access to the Tree of Life and therefore, cannot live forever. If they commit sin in their new bodies, then they have corrupted their new flesh and will never be able to enter through the Gates of the City. They will perish a second time.

The Law of our Father says testimony from two to three witnesses establishes the matter. This is a principle used in Courts of Law. For example, the murder weapon is one witness. The DNA on the weapon is a second witness. Individuals who saw the crime are witnesses. Several witnesses provide stronger cases for or against the accused. Fewer witnesses provide weak cases.

In this study, we have provided four witnesses from the Greek writings, illustrating that the Message of Salvation taught by Messiah Yahusha, his disciples and Shaul of Tarsus included “repentance from sin” which is the same thing as “obedience to ALL of the Laws of Yahuah”.

  1. Words of Messiah Yahusha recorded by Mattithyahu (Matthew).
  2. Words of Messiah Yahusha recorded by Luke.
  3. Words of Shaul of Tarsus recorded by Luke in the Book of Acts.
  4. Words of Messiah Yahusha recorded by Yochanan (John) in the Book of Revelation.

Our Father says that a matter is established at the mouth of two to three reliable witnesses.

Principle: Two to three reliable witnesses firmly establish Truth. This is based upon the following Law.

One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sins: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established. (Debarim/Deuteronomy 19:15)

Link to Study: What is Truth?

These are words from very credible sources which describe the perspective of these witnesses when they walked this earth. “Repentance from sin” is necessary for salvation according to these witnesses. Therefore, we must interpret other passages using this as a fundamental truth as in the following example.

That if you shall confess with your mouth Adonai Yahusha, and shall believe in your heart that Elohiym has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 10:9-10

We must interpret this passage knowing and acknowledging that salvation requires repentance from sin. We cannot interpret this passage by creating a contradiction to known truths.

Contradictory interpretations violate the overall context of messages presented in the Greek writings. We must interpret them so that they agree with one another. If there is a contradiction, one statement is true and the other is false. We have three separate witnesses in the Greek writings themselves that tell us that “repentance from sin” is necessary in order to receive eternal life. This is a “strong” interpretation or case. People who interpret Romans 10:9 in this way only have one witness. This is a “weak” interpretation or case. The following passage illustrates that “Repentance from sin” is paired with a confession in the name of Messiah Yahusha.

Then Kepha said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Messiah Yahusha for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Set-apart Spirit.

Acts 2:38

Context must be maintained in our interpretations. Failing to maintain context will cause us to misinterpret the original intended messages, leading to a faith built on deception.

There is no salvation in deception.

The Message of Salvation Shaul (Paul) taught was from the Law and the Prophets in the Hebrew writings. The Law and the Prophets do not tell people to make “confession in the name of Jesus Christ” or “Messiah Yahusha”. Shaul says that if anyone preaches a different Message than the Message he was sharing with others, let them be accursed. It is wisdom to at least consider the evidence. Our eternal life is at stake.

Misinterpretation of the original intended messages conveyed by the authors is the act of adding-to and subtracting-from their testimony. None of us have the authority to twist and distort the Word of Yahuah or testimonies from righteous men and women.

Principle: Do not add-to or subtract-from the Word of Yahuah. Do not add-to or subtract-from an individual’s testimony. Maintain the context of the original intended meaning of the Message. This is based on the following Law.

You shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall you diminish anything from it, that you may keep the commandments of Yahuah your Elohiym which I command you. (Debarim/Deuteronomy 4:2)

Link to Study: What is Context?

The testimonies in this study have not been manufactured. We have not twisted the meanings of the words or their messages to make them say what we want them to say. We have not violated the context of the passages themselves or the overall messages presented in the Greek writings. This is evidence which leads to a very painful conclusion.

The Message of Salvation in Mainstream Christianity is a Message of Death.

content-image

If the Message of Salvation being taught today in Mainstream Christianity is distorted, then it is leading many people on a path to eternal destruction. Essentially, deceivers are murderers of the soul preventing people from inheriting eternal life. Our Messiah summed it up this way:

Enter in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in that Gate: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads unto life, and few there be that find it.

Mattithyahu/Matthew 7:13-14

People who fail to repent are walking on the broad way to destruction. There are multitudes of people on this path. People who choose to repent from their sins are walking the narrow path that leads to life. According to the words of our Messiah, there are very few people who choose this path.

Note from Author: My heart’s desire is not to criticize or condemn my fellow brothers and sisters in Christianity. I am a student of Scripture and have discovered discrepancies in the things we have been taught that are extremely alarming to me. I believe people need to know the truth which requires me to say things that are difficult to digest. The reality is that the Christian Message of Salvation is a manmade doctrine supported by testimony from only one man that they have twisted and contorted to support a rebellion against our Father. I want people to live and to take full advantage of the gift of redemption provided by our loving Messiah. This is my heart.
