Identity of our Father

111-9 The Nations as Witnesses

Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is Yahuah your Elohiym, the earth also, with all that is within it.

DEBARIM (DEUTERONOMY) 10:14

If Yahuah Elohiym of the Hebrew people, is the Intelligent Designer of Creation, we would see evidence showing His influence upon all nations and not just the Hebrew people. Testimony does say that heaven, earth and all it contains belongs to Him (Debarim/Deuteronomy 10:14). Is this a true statement?

The scientific, historical and linguistics communities have been trained to observe their research in a particular way. For example, the Theory of Evolution dictates that mankind’s predecessors were far more primitive than we are today. This leads to conclusions that the primitive man could not have produced written material until he developed the capacity to do so through evolutionary means. This leads to conclusions that the Prophet Moshe did not know how to write. The language had simply not developed yet from their perspective.

Let’s consider another example. There are numerous religious belief systems historically that describe a “virgin-birth” of their gods. Because these cultures are older, scholars conclude that the “virgin-birth” of Messiah Yahusha (Jesus) was an adoption from these ancient religious practices. Here are some examples of these beliefs from other ancient cultures. These were quoted from an article titled, 6 Miracle Birth Stories Beyond Jesus written by Megan Gannon. Here are three:

  • Egypt: Horus, ancient Egypt’s falcon-headed patron god of kings, was conceived after the murder of his father Osiris. As the story goes, Seth killed his brother Osiris and scattered the dismembered pieces of his body. Osiris’ wife Isis picked up the pieces of her husband — all but his penis, which was thrown into the Nile and eaten by a fish, according to some accounts. After fashioning a golden phallus, Isis reassembled and resurrected Osiris to conceive her son Horus.
  • Aztecs: The earth mother of the Aztecs, Coatlicue, found a ball of feathers that fell from the sky and became pregnant when she placed it in her waistband. Outraged and suspicious of the origins of their mother’s pregnancy, Coatlicue’s 400 sons and her daughter, Coyolxauhqui, killed their mother. Her son Huitzilopochtli, the god of war and the sun god, sprang from Coatlicue’s womb, fully-grown and armored, when she was killed.
  • Roman: After Minerva sprang from the head of her father Jupiter, Juno (Jupiter’s wife) wanted to create a child on her own, too. In the Roman poet Ovid’s “Fasti,” Juno sought help from the goddess Flora to conceive without her husband. With the touch of a magic flower, Juno was impregnated with Mars. According to some accounts, she also sidestepped Jupiter in conceiving Vulcan, enlisting instead the help of the wind. https://www.livescience.com/42187-miracle-birth-stories-beyond-jesus.html

In the mind of scholars, the following illustration depicts their conclusions and the way this information is taught to others. This was the way it was explained to me when I began researching this topic.

If the “virgin birth” of Yahusha (Jesus) was adopted from other religious belief systems, what does this say about Yahusha? The Aztec, Egyptian and Roman religions are mythology. Because these are mythology, so is any belief in Yahusha as the Messiah. This undermines the testimony regarding the virgin birth of Messiah Yahusha.

Let us consider some other examples. Sally Mallam wrote an article titled, Sons of God and Virgin Births and following are excerpts from this article which details many different cultures with “virgin” births.

  • Babylon: The Babylonian god Tammuz was hailed as the only begotten son of the god Ea. His mother was a virgin, by the name of Ishtar.
  • Egypt: Horus of Ancient Egyptian belief had the epithet of “Savior” and was born of the virgin Isis. Ancient Egyptians paraded a manger and child representing Horus through the streets at the time of the winter solstice around December 21st or so
  • Greek: Plato – said to be born of the union of a virgin and the god Apollo.
  • Assyrian: Zoroaster was born of an immaculate conception, of a ray of the Divine Reason.
  • Indian: Krishna is the god Vishnu in human form; he was born of a virgin named Devaki who because of her purity, was chosen to be the mother of God:

The logic from historians seems plausible from a perspective that considers the Theory of Evolution as a fact. However, it is statistically impossible as previously illustrated. The probability is 10-40,000 which means it is impossible. Emile Borel, a prominent mathematician in the past, concluded that events with a probability of 10-50 are highly unlikely to ever occur. The probability for the Theory of Evolution to be a viable explanation for the origins of life are far beyond Emile Borel’s statistic parameters, meaning it is impossible. Why do scholars continue to provide conclusions as if the Theory of Evolution is actually viable? Is there another way to look at this situation?

If Yahuah Elohiym is our Intelligent Designer, then Adam and Chavah (Eve) were our first parents. This would mean that all people ever born came from them. All of us originated from them. Words spoken to them by our Creator would be conveyed to their children; and their children would convey these words to their children and so forth. In this passage, Yahuah Elohiym was pronouncing a curse upon the serpent.

And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; it shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel.

Bereshith/Genesis 3:15

In the underlying Hebrew, the phrase “her seed” is directly linked to the seed of a woman and NOT the seed of a man. Here is the way the Hebrew phrase appears in Bereshith (Genesis) 3:15. The letter in black is the letter “hey” and it represents the pronoun “her”. The word highlighted in red is “Zera” and means “seed”.

HR[Z

Bereshith 3:15 “her seed”

This is one of four occurrences of “Zera” with the letter “hey” on the end  in the Hebrew writings. Here are the remaining three occurrences.

And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed [H2232].

Bemidbar/Numbers 5:28

And Abimelech fought against the city all that day; and he took the city, and slew the people that was therein, and beat down the city, and sowed [H2232] it with salt.

Shophetim/Judges 9:45

Then let me sow [H2232], and let another eat; yea, let my offspring be rooted out.

Yob/Job 31:8

When the Hebrew text refers to seed as a “child”, it is always referring to “his seed”. Here are two examples. The black letter on the end is the letter “vav” and represents the pronoun “his”. The black letters on the front of the word represent the preposition “to” on the first entry. The black letters on the front of the second entry represent a conjunction and preposition “and to”.

How can a woman produce a “seed” without a man? If “her seed” came from a man, the underlying Hebrew text would say, “his seed”. Adam knew he was fashioned from the dust of the earth. Chavah (Eve) knew she was fashioned from a part of Adam. She had not given birth to a son at this point.

From their perspective, they knew this son mentioned in Bereshith (Genesis) 3:15 would not be fathered by Adam or a son of Adam. In order to verify that this child that would be born was placed there by Yahuah, the woman would be a virgin. This would be evidence that this child is the Son of Yahuah Elohiym.

These words and understanding would have been passed down from one generation to another. Powerful women who were rulers would want their son to be the “chosen” one who would destroy the head of the serpent. They would develop elaborate stories and describe his birth as miraculous or through a virgin. This is the sign or the evidence that their son was the “chosen one”. The stories would be exaggerated and embellished through the ages but two details remained preserved:

  1. Each woman had a child by miraculous means and divine intervention
  2. Mothers who were virgins produced a man-child who would do great things for his people

These things were also true of Messiah Yahusha (Jesus). If Yahuah Elohiym is our Intelligent Designer then someone would officially fulfill this prophecy in Bereshith (Genesis) 3:15. Fulfillment of this prophecy would be determined by Yahuah and could occur after these cultures had attempted to declare their sons as the “chosen one”. Here is the perspective demonstrated when we view the evidence from the perspective that the origins of all life began with an Intelligent Designer.

The Aztecs were far removed from the rest of the cultures listed in this diagram. How do researchers explain the virgin birth in the Aztec culture? How could they have been influenced by Egypt, Indians and Romans? All cultures of the world originated with Noach (Noah). Bereshith (Genesis) 3:15 was conveyed by him to his sons and then, this information was conveyed to their sons and so forth.

The word “El” or “Al” was also handed down this way as previously discussed in our study titled, The Influence of His Language. The crown and scepter are observed in every culture in every leader. These are represented in the ancient Hebrew pictographic language as well as the modern-day English language:

content-image

This language using the ancient pictographic letters “aleph and lamed” were handed down to Adam from Yahuah. Ten generations later, this language was handed down to Noach (Noah). The flood occurred. Noach handed down this language to his sons who taught these things to their children. Through time, information was exaggerated and embellished but some details remain the same because they all came from one Source. These pictures illustrate this evidence.

Based on this evidence so far, we have two ways that ancient cultures validate and verify the identity of our Intelligent Designer as Yahuah Elohiym.

  1. The letters “aleph and lamed” observed in the head pieces and scepters of leaders.
  2. The attempts of nations to declare their sons the “chosen one” who would fulfill Bereshith (Genesis) 3:15.

The flood event in the days of Noach (Noah) recorded by over 300 ancient cultures is another example. Over time, the account had been exaggerated and embellished. Here are two stories of the flood from the Aztecs and the Babylonians.

The Aztec believed that four worlds had existed before the present universe. Those worlds, or “suns,” had been destroyed by catastrophes, and humankind had been entirely wiped out at the end of each sun. The fourth sun, Nahui-Atl, “Four-Water,” ended in a gigantic flood that lasted 52 years. Only one man and one woman survived, sheltered in a huge cypress, but they were later turned to dogs. https://www.britannica.com/topic/flood-myth

The Babylonian culture has the oldest extant recorded flood story, The Epic of Atrahasis. This text focuses on Atrahasis, a primeval human, who goes on a journey to search for eternal life. In this story, the lesser of the Babylonian gods are forced to do what the gods above them tell to. They get tired of this, so they rebel against the gods above them. Left without a servant class, the upper gods create humans to do their bidding. However, the gods forget to set a limit on human age, and the human population increases, as does the noise they make. This human clamor disturbs the gods, so Enlil, Lord of the Air and Earth, Guardian of the Tablet of Destinies, decides to send a flood to wipe out humanity. However, Enki, Enlil’s half-brother and the Lord of the Earth and Waters, who created the humans, does not wish this to happen. He visits Atrahasis in a dream and tells him of his half-brother’s plan to destroy humanity. He commands Atrahasis to build a boat for himself, his family, and a pair of every kind of animal. Thus all aboard the boat survive a storm that lasts seven days and floods the entire earth. The gods then decide create a way to keep the human population in check so that their noise will never get so loud again. https://digitalcommons.georgiasouthern.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1443&context=honors-theses#:

Both the Aztecs and the Babylonians had stories of miraculous births of a “chosen one” as well. Where did they get these ideas? If there is an Intelligent Designer, then these details that are similar came from Him. Through time, the stories were exaggerated and embellished. We have three witnesses.

  1. The letters “aleph and lamed” observed in the head pieces and scepters of leaders.
  2. The attempts of nations to declare their sons the “chosen one” who would fulfill Bereshith (Genesis) 3:15.
  3. There are over 300 accounts from ancient civilizations describing a flood event.

This evidence is overwhelming in each category proving there is an Intelligent Designer and proving His Identity. ALL clues lead back to Yahuah Elohiym and the Hebrew writings. We are going to conclude with one more witness: the curses mentioned in Bereshith (Genesis) 3:17-19 specifically given to Adam.

And unto Adam he said, Because you have heard and obeyed the voice of your wife, and have eaten of the tree, of which I commanded you, saying, You shall not eat of it: cursed is the ground for your sake; in sorrow shall you eat of it all the days of your life; Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to you; and you shall eat the herb of the field; In the sweat of your face shall you eat bread, till you return unto the ground; for out of it were you taken: for dust you are, and unto dust shall you return.

Bereshith/Genesis 3:17-19

There are approximately six judgments placed upon Adam in this passage. Adam is the father of all living according to the Hebrew writings. This means that all of these curses have been placed upon everyone whether they acknowledge the existence of Yahuah Elohiym or not. We can believe or not believe. It does not matter. ALL of us experience these curses.

  1. The ground is cursed: Gardening is hard. We have to design irrigation systems and supplement the soil with nutrients in order to cause things to grow. Much of our soil has been depleted. Huge industries profit on these things and are constantly looking for ways to make soils more productive. Our bodies are made from the dust of the earth, so we are cursed as well as the plants and animals. This curse effects every nation. Every harvest and every plot of ground used for growing food is a witness.
  2. Eating from the ground will cause sorrow all the days of a man’s life: Great effort is exerted to grow a crop. People have to prevent bugs from eating them; they have to prevent diseases from attacking their plants; gardens need to be protected from heat and frost. Even then, the harvest could be lost. It can be disheartening. This curse effects every nation. Every plant disease, pest and harvests lost are single witnesses.
  3. Thorns and thistles will grow in our gardens: Weeds grow faster than our desired crops and there are so many different kinds that can overtake a garden. Huge industries profit from making weed killers so that we have food to eat. Every nation has weeds. Every single weed is a witness.
  4. We eat the herb of the field: Grains are the number one food we eat to sustain ourselves. If the grain harvests are diminished or lost, many people go hungry. Every nation eats the herbs of the field. This is observed in the diet of cultures all over the world and each one is a single witness.
  5. It takes tremendous effort to harvest our food causing us to sweat: In the past, people would work long hours to plant, feed and harvest their food. It would consume most of the day. Mankind has developed machinery and technology to make this process more efficient. Every nation is required to use this technology to harvest their food to maintain their populations. Every single effort exerted by man is a witness.
  6. Our bodies will return to the dust of the earth: Everyone’s body returns to the dust of the earth unless we have been preserved with special chemicals to mummify our bodies. All plants, animals and people return to the dust of the earth. This curse effects everyone. Every human body that returns to the dust of the earth is a witness. Every plant and animal that returns to the dust of the earth is a witness.

These curses do not affect just the Hebrew people. These curses affect all of mankind whether people believe that Yahuah exists or not. This evidence proves His authority over every single living thing. Each one of us is a witness that all these things are true. It is evidence that Yahuah Elohiym is our Intelligent Designer and that He exercises authority over all of us.

Here are witnesses from the nations:

  4. The curses pronounced upon Adam, mentioned in Bereshith (Genesis) 3:17-19.

Scholarship says the Sumerians are the oldest culture in history but they have a recorded a flood event as well. This “flood event” occurred before the establishment of their culture and society. They obtained this story from an even older culture and society which is recorded in the Hebrew writings. They came from the same Source too. We would expect this to be the case if there was and is an original Intelligent Designer.

The Intelligent Designer of the Hebrew people, Yahuah Elohiym, is real. He Exists. He has tremendous compassion for His Creation just as a father and mother have compassion for their own children. He has developed a plan to save mankind from the curses that He spoke with His own mouth. His salvation is not reserved for a select few Hebrew people. His salvation is a gift given to ALL of mankind. It has just been the responsibility of the Hebrew people from the line of Ya’akob (Jacob) to preserve His Word and His Message. It is their responsibility to share the Good News with all people in every nation. They were not chosen just for salvation. They were chosen to bear the responsibility for sharing the Good News of His Salvation. This is part of our purpose on this website.

We encourage you to watch the Message of Salvation posted on the homepage for a brief overview of this gift given to all of mankind. We have provided all the evidence to support the conclusions presented in the video presentation in our teachings titled, The Message of Salvation in the Torah in our section titled, Yahusha. We present the evidence and you draw your own conclusions based on that evidence. This is called Informed Consent which is basing decisions on being fully informed of the consequences and benefits of following or not following Our Father’s Way. Each of us has been given freewill by our Intelligent Designer. We are free to accept or reject Him. But we are not free from the rewards or consequences of those decisions.
